Send Some Snailmail Love this May

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. After a year of quarantine, uncertainty, loss, and isolation from community, so many are struggling with mental health. In the past, I have personally walked through intense mental health struggles, so it’s a concern close to my heart. This month, I wanted to offer something free and beautiful that could be easily used to send hope and encouragement to those in our lives who need care and support.

It can be hard to know what to do or say to comfort someone who is in a hard season of life. Sending a handwritten card is such a simple and powerful action. It tells the recipient that they are loved, seen, thought of, and cared for. It can be looked at again and again as a reminder of how they are valued, how they are not alone.

These cards are free for personal use. The art is inspired by different things that encouraged me during a hard time. Of course, you don’t have to send a card to only those who are in a difficult season! If someone is on your mind, send them snail mail. You’ll make their day.
